In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "hoa788" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to hoa788 and the website accessible at https://hoa788.pro, including all subpages, services, games, and features made available thereon.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the hoa788 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the personal registered account created by a Player on the hoa788 platform, which is used to access betting, casino, and gaming services.
• "Balance" — refers to the total sum of real-money funds and/or bonus funds held within a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Deposit" — refers to a transfer of funds from a Player's nominated payment method into their hoa788 Account Balance.
• "Withdrawal" — refers to a transfer of funds from a Player's hoa788 Account Balance to their nominated payment method.
• "Bonus" — refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback amount, or other incentive awarded by hoa788 to a Player, subject to the Bonus Terms applicable at the time of award.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the minimum number of times a Bonus amount (or, where stated, Bonus plus Deposit amount) must be staked before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity verification process required by hoa788 prior to withdrawal processing, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• "Services" — refers collectively to all sportsbook betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables, slot games, and any other products accessible through the hoa788 platform.
• "IDR / Rupiah" — Indonesian Rupiah (Rp), the sole currency in which transactions are processed on the hoa788 platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country, territory, or region from which access to and use of the hoa788 Services is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or licensing conditions.

By accessing the hoa788 website, creating an Account, making a Deposit, placing a bet, or using any of the Services in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or promotional terms published on the hoa788 platform from time to time (collectively, the "Agreement").

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the hoa788 platform and, where applicable, close your Account by contacting customer support. Continued use of the platform constitutes continued acceptance of the Agreement in its current form.

Access to and use of the hoa788 platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis for as long as you maintain an Account:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. hoa788 operates a strict 21+ policy. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account immediately suspended, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings accrued during the period of underage use will be forfeited.
2. Jurisdiction: The hoa788 platform is operated for and marketed to players in Indonesia. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law is undertaken at the Player's sole risk. hoa788 does not accept registrations from Prohibited Jurisdictions as defined under its licensing terms.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence. If you are subject to any court order or legal restriction that limits your capacity to contract, you are not eligible to use the Services.
4. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any voluntary or compulsory self-exclusion order, whether imposed by hoa788 or by any responsible gaming authority. If you have previously self-excluded, you may not register a new Account.
5. Not a hoa788 Employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of hoa788 are not permitted to hold a Player Account or use the Services for real-money wagering.

To access the full range of hoa788 Services, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following rules apply to Account registration and ongoing Account management:

4.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is entitled to hold exactly one Account on the hoa788 platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple Accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, hoa788 reserves the right to suspend all such Accounts, void all associated bets and winnings, and retain any Balances pending investigation.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. hoa788 staff will never ask you to disclose your password. Any activity conducted through your Account while logged in is deemed to have been carried out by you. You must notify hoa788 customer support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing any Withdrawal request, hoa788 requires each Player to complete identity verification (KYC). You will be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identification document (such as a KTP — Indonesian national identity card — or passport), proof of address, and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. hoa788 may request these documents at any time during your use of the platform, including prior to Withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in suspension of Withdrawal privileges.

4.5 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Any pending bets will be settled at the applicable odds before the final Account Balance is calculated. Withdrawal of the remaining real-money Balance will be processed following standard KYC verification, subject to any applicable bonus wagering requirements having been met.

All financial transactions on the hoa788 platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms govern the deposit and withdrawal of funds:

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account holder is not the same individual as the registered hoa788 Account holder — are strictly prohibited. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be refunded where possible, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.3 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on file from your KYC verification. hoa788 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests are processed between 09:00 and 23:00 Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7) on all days. Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the commencement of the next processing window.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

hoa788 endeavours to process all Withdrawal requests within five to fifteen minutes of approval during operating hours. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August), or where additional verification is required. hoa788 is not liable for delays attributable to the Player's bank or e-wallet provider.

5.5 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 180 days. hoa788 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of Rp 20.000 to dormant Account Balances after this period. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant Account, simply log in and contact customer support.

hoa788 offers a range of promotional bonuses and incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual promotions:

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus amounts must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier will be stated clearly at the time of each promotion. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be staked in full ten times before withdrawal is permitted.

6.2 Game Contribution

Different game categories contribute at different rates towards satisfying Wagering Requirements. Unless specific promotion terms state otherwise, the default contribution rates are as follows: slot games contribute 100%; live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) contribute 10%; sportsbook bets contribute 100% when placed at minimum odds of 1.50; and all other games contribute at rates specified in the relevant promotion terms. Certain games may be excluded from bonus play entirely — these will be listed in the applicable promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses carry an expiry date, after which any unconverted bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. The validity period of each bonus is stated at the time of award. Players are responsible for monitoring their bonus expiry dates. hoa788 does not extend bonus validity periods except at its absolute discretion in exceptional circumstances.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

hoa788 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus, and to suspend or close the associated Account, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; coordinated betting with other Players to guarantee bonus conversion regardless of outcome; placing bets that do not reflect genuine speculative wagering intent; and any other strategy that circumvents the spirit of the Wagering Requirement.

6.5 One Bonus Per Player

Unless the specific promotion terms expressly permit stacking, only one bonus may be active on a Player's Account at any one time. Where a Player attempts to claim a second bonus while a first remains active and unconverted, hoa788 reserves the right to decline the second bonus claim or to apply the second bonus only upon completion of the first Wagering Requirement.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the hoa788 platform. Specific rules for individual sports, casino games, and other product verticals are available within each product section.

7.1 Sportsbook Bets

All sportsbook bets, including single bets, accumulators (parlay), and mix parlay (combination accumulator bets), are accepted subject to the published odds and market rules at the time the bet is placed. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet slip has been confirmed and a Bet ID issued, the bet is binding and cannot be changed, cancelled, or reversed by the Player except where expressly permitted by the applicable sport rules (for example, the cash-out feature where available).

7.2 Void Bets

hoa788 reserves the right to void any bet placed in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the market was offered in error or at manifestly incorrect odds; the bet was placed after the outcome of the event was already determined (late betting); technical errors resulted in incorrect odds or market data being displayed; or the bet was placed in violation of these Terms & Conditions. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account Balance.

7.3 Casino and Live Dealer Games

All casino games, including live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live, are governed by the individual game rules published within the game interface. Results are determined by certified random number generators (for RNG games) or by live dealer mechanics (for live dealer games) and are final once the game round is complete. Technical malfunctions void all game play and stakes for the affected round are returned to the Player.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

hoa788 reserves the right to apply maximum winnings limits on individual bets, game rounds, or within specified time periods. Where applicable, maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant sport market or game. Any winnings exceeding the stated maximum payout will be capped at that limit regardless of the mathematical outcome of the bet or game round.

hoa788 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting its Players from the potential harms associated with problem gambling. The following tools and policies form part of this commitment:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time via account settings or by contacting customer support. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a 48-hour cooling-off period; decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders that will notify them of the duration of their current gaming session at the interval of their choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and 5 years. During self-exclusion, the Account will be locked and the Player will be unable to log in, deposit, or wager. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed within the elected period.
• Reality Checks: Regular on-screen notifications are available to remind Players of the time elapsed during their session and their net wagering position.

All accounts undergo identity verification before withdrawal. hoa788 cooperates fully with responsible gaming authorities and reserves the right to impose additional protective measures on any Account where indicators of problem gambling are identified, including compulsory cool-off periods or Account suspension.

All content on the hoa788 platform — including but not limited to the hoa788 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of hoa788 or its licensed third-party content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hoa788 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any hoa788 content; use any hoa788 trademark, logo, or branding without prior written consent; scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform; or reverse-engineer any aspect of the platform's software or systems.

Any unauthorised use of hoa788 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your Account and may expose you to legal liability.

hoa788 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used for the following primary purposes: Account registration and management; identity verification (KYC) and fraud prevention; processing of financial transactions; customer support; marketing communications (where you have opted in); and compliance with legal and regulatory obligations including anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.

hoa788 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to provide the Services (for example, sharing data with payment processors), as required by law or regulatory authority, or with your explicit consent. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hoa788 shall not be liable to any Player for any of the following:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the hoa788 platform or Services.
• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether arising from negligence, breach of contract, or any other cause, even if hoa788 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Losses arising from service interruptions, server downtime, network failures, technical errors, or any force majeure event beyond hoa788's reasonable control.
• Losses attributable to the Player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, including losses resulting from the voiding of bets placed in breach of the rules.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, market data, or game information arising from a technical fault, provided that hoa788 takes reasonable corrective action upon becoming aware of the error.

hoa788's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by hoa788's gross negligence.

hoa788 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any other applicable policy.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of cheating or dishonest conduct.
• Chargebacks or reversal of deposits initiated by the Player through their bank or payment provider without prior resolution through hoa788 customer support.
• Underage gambling or registration in violation of the eligibility criteria in Clause 3.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate Account closure.

Upon Account termination for breach, hoa788 may withhold any Balance pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the confirmed real-money Balance (net of any bonus funds) will be returned to the Player. Where a breach is confirmed, hoa788 reserves the right to forfeit the Balance in full.

Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support at any time. Voluntary Account closure does not affect the Player's outstanding financial obligations to hoa788.

These Terms & Conditions and the entire Agreement between you and hoa788 are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hoa788 holds its international gaming licence. The specific jurisdiction is identified in the licensing information displayed on the platform.

13.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or disagreement arising from your use of the hoa788 platform or from these Terms & Conditions, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance. hoa788 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 5 business days. The majority of issues are resolved at this stage.

13.2 Formal Dispute Process

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may escalate the matter in writing to our complaints team by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Your Account Username]". hoa788 will respond to formal complaints within 10 business days with a final position. If you remain unsatisfied with hoa788's final position, you may refer the matter to the applicable dispute resolution body under our licensing terms.

13.3 Limitation Period

Any claim against hoa788 must be submitted within 6 months of the date on which the Player became aware, or ought reasonably to have become aware, of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted after this limitation period will not be considered.

hoa788 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, hoa788 will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter Player rights) may be made without advance notice.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be available on this page at https://hoa788.pro/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version was published. Your continued use of the hoa788 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

If you do not accept any amended terms, you must cease using the platform and contact customer support to request Account closure before the effective date of the change.
